Neale has mentored me for the past two years in my role as Operations Manager at Tyrex. During that time Neale has helped me to understand the broader picture around business strategy and how this flows into day to day and medium term activities.

 

He has helped me improve my capabilities around planning, people management, team work and building culture in an organisation. He did that by understanding the way I work, how that best fits within the manufacturing business and guiding my efforts in the right areas.  His efforts have led to a dramatic improvement in productivity, staff happiness and overall business success.

 

Neale’s approach to any new business would be well accepted by all.  During his time with myself and my team his people management skills went above and beyond his predecessors and with this, not just myself but our business was pushed in the right direction with minimal impact on internal relations.
