I have worked with Neale over a number of years, some of which he had a responsibility for the finance function ultimately reporting to me in my role as Chief Executive. As a result, I had the chance to regularly interact with Neale.
Neale is an experienced financial operator who understands the broader business framework and has contributed substantially to business outcomes from both financial function and project based roles. He is experienced in developing budgets/5-year business plans at both a business unit and divisional level for large organisations, and has lead and assisted in numerous projects including cost reductions, proposed divestments and acquisitions.
In short, Neale is an experienced professional with significant breadth to that experience. He would certainly bring that experience and capability to whatever tasks he is undertaking.
