Neale and I worked together for over 10 years at OneSteel. For the majority of that time Neale reported through to me in a number of different senior roles. Throughout that period those roles grew dramatically during a number of restructures, Neale’s grounded knowledge in accounting & governance and many years’ experience in the financial sector enabled him to adapt throughout that change and he bought a valuable and differing insight to the manufacturing industry.

Neale has shown his ability to adapt to change whilst ensuring he always delivers be it in his day to day role, Board reporting, M&A activity or the multiple projects he has worked on.
